Council Member Michael Rainville will lead a discussion of budget and tax issues the City of Minneapolis is facing this year on Tuesday, July 21, from 5 to 6 pm, in the La Rive Condominium Party Room, 110 Bank Street SE.  City budget staff will be present to provide details and answer questions.
